| The Texas hip-hip trio, The Lower Class, team up with hip hop blogs Apple Juice Break and Oh So Fresh! to answer the requests of fans worldwide with a deluxe edition of their buzz worthy second album Wingfield. Wingfield: Deluxe Edition is comprised of a fully remastered version of the original tape that brought them to the forefront of Texas Independent hip-hop across the blogging community, an alternative cover designed by the groups own Kartune, and three bonus tracks to show there is no slowing down their drive. The collective branch out with special features from Houston native Curbside Jones and budding guitar duo Sun and Moon. These collaborations show how the group can adapt while still relying on their golden age feel. By playing shows for SXSW 2013, being Vimeo staff picked for their video for “Extraneous”, and having their single “89” catch spins in retail stores across the nation; The Lower Class have begun their fast path to great things in the year and a half they’ve existed. While the trio gear up for their next project, they aim to keep their momentum going and their name on your watch list. |
